Pickerel Perfection "Seasoned Coating Mix For Fish", is a delicious medley of the finest herbs and spices available, and manufactured right in the heart of fish country in Northern Ontario. Our product is mixed in micro-batches to ensure the consistency and the freshness of the ingredients in this superb tasting product. Every 300g pouch is labeled, packaged and sealed by hand with dedication and attention to detail. We use a 3.5 MIL thick Poly pouch that has excellent barrier properties keeping Pickerel Perfection "Seasoned Coating Mix For Fish" as fresh as possible, and the pouch is almost indestructible making it ideal for backpacking, camping or hiking. Use only what you need, the waterproof package has a re-sealable top that stays sealed under any condition, whether you drop it in the lake, or drop it off a cliff, the seasoned coating mix will stay dry and in the pouch. No box equals no excess packaging. The 300g Poly pouch will easily coat 15 lbs. of your favorite fish fillet.

INGREDIENTS:

Enriched Wheat Flour, Spanish Paprika, Sugar, Salt,
Pepper Mix (Black, White, Pink and Green Peppercorns), Oregano, Baking Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley Flakes, Onion Powder.

The Directions ...Easy As 1-2-3.
1)Preheat Oil To 375° F (190° C).
2)Pat Dry Fish Fillets And Coat In Coating Mix.
3)Place Fillets In Hot Oil For 3 to 4 Minutes On Each Side Or Until Golden Brown.

Hint: Place Skinned side down first to prevent curling of the fish fillet!
